"Pinot Gris is one of our winery's signature wines. Planted first at our hillside home ranch in Sebastopol, California as an experiment, it has grown to be a favorite of our customers. As grape growers first, we strongly feel that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help of wine maker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have once again produced an excellent representation of Russian River Pinot Gris

This beautiful pale straw colored wine has aromas of lime, Roma apples, fig & juicy peaches. The flavors are fruit forward with Kadota figs (green ones), peach, apple & a hint of cream. The soft texture on the entry has a mineral component and has a well balanced acidity on the finish. This is a great wine on a summer day or would do well as an aperitif."
